This form verifies that you, as the parent or legal guardian, are giving explicit consent for your child to create an account and use the Wonder Color Me Fun educational platform.

BEFORE PROCEEDING, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Wonder Color Me Fun LLC collects personal information from parents/guardians (email address and payment information) to create and manage accounts for children ages 0-8. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not collect information directly from children.
