Acceptable Use Policy

1. PURPOSE

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the rules and expectations for conduct on Wonder Color Me Fun Platform. This Policy is part of our commitment to providing a safe, appropriate, and educational experience for children ages 0-8 and their families.

2. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You and your child agree NOT to:

2.1 HATE SPEECH & HARASSMENT

• Post, upload, or share content that includes hate speech, bullying, harassment, or discriminatory language based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

2.2 COMMERCIAL SPAM

• Engage in unsolicited commercial advertising, promotional campaigns, or spam.

• Share links to external commercial services or products.

• Attempt to sell products or services through the Platform.

2.3 BYPASSING PARENTAL CONTROLS

• Attempt to access, disable, or bypass parental control features.

• Attempt to access content or features restricted by the parent/guardian.

• Share account credentials or access with unauthorized users.

2.4 PERSONAL INFORMATION SHARING

• Share children's personal information (full name, address, phone number, school name, photos with identifying details).

• Attempt to contact other users outside the Platform.

• Disclose parent/guardian payment or billing information.

2.5 ILLEGAL ACTIVITY

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts.

• Upload or share illegal content.

2.6 INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT

• Upload or share sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content.

• Attempt to use the Platform in ways inconsistent with its educational purpose for young children.

3. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

If you observe a violation of this Policy, please report it immediately:

• A description of the violation

• The account or content involved

• Screenshots or other evidence (if available)

• Your contact information

4. OUR RESPONSE TO VIOLATIONS

When we become aware of a violation, whether through parent/guardian report, our monitoring, or other means, we will take the following actions:

For Minor or First-Time Violations:

• We will contact the parent/guardian to discuss the violation.

• We may issue a warning and request compliance.

• We will monitor the account for future violations.

For Serious or Repeated Violations:

• We will immediately delete the violating content.

• We will suspend or terminate the account.

• We will delete all data associated with the account within 14 days.

• We may refuse service to the parent/guardian in the future.

For Content Involving Child Safety Concerns:

• We will immediately remove the content.

• We will take all appropriate steps to protect the child's safety, including potential notification of relevant authorities if required by law.

5. CONTENT REMOVAL

We reserve the right to immediately remove any content that:

• Violates this Policy

• Violates applicable laws

• Poses a risk to child safety

• Is reported by a parent/guardian as inappropriate

Removal decisions are final and content cannot be recovered.

6. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We may terminate an account immediately and without notice if:

• The account is used for illegal purposes.

• The account is misused in a way that poses a risk to children.

• The parent/guardian or child repeatedly violates this Policy.

• The account is being used by someone other than the authorized parent/guardian.

Upon termination, all data will be deleted within 14 days.

7. PARENT/GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITY

Parents/guardians are responsible for:

• Monitoring their child's use of the Platform.

• Ensuring their child's compliance with this Policy.

• Teaching their child about appropriate online behavior.

• Reporting any violations or concerns immediately.

We are not responsible for monitoring all user activity, but we commit to responding promptly to reports from parents/guardians.
